Guild Wars 2

Hey all,

I am not entirely sure if this will be a fixed decision just yet, but I would like to have my options set before any moves are made. I would like to ask to find out which server has a decent night crew and can use some help during server peak times. No high tiers/No EU. Minor ques are ok e.g 15 mins or so.

NSP is going to need all the help it can get with the season coming up. Predictions I have seen says we will be at the bottom of Silver so it should give any dedicated WvW guild very good practice fighting with multiple playstyles. NSP does have a solid NA primetime crew. Public Vent / Teampspeak , and the only Queues you will experience is during reset. But that only populates 2 maps at most. There is still a chance that we are at the top of Bronze, and if so we should have some great fights that could go either way. Not every match will be a blowout as we will face some great low pop but dedicated servers.

SoS is in need of 2pm-10pm reinforcements. We have excellent coverage outside of US peak hours.

If you see a commander named “Bird Song” on NSP give him a whisper. He can get you some good information about the server.

2pm would be into EU prime so I would be chased down and strung up if you guys came to Piken and added to queue times, but I’m curious, why no EU? Too hardcore?

SoS was the unofficial “oceanic” server. Although some of our players have spread out we do very well in that timezone. We also have some strong SEA and EU players.

We actually tried EU servers before and the problem was mainly ping for lot of our members so no one is really considering.

But the discussion is final and we are moving starting tonight.

Only thing is we want to move to a server with late night presence.

Ah, I see. I guess ping is an odd beast. I’m in NA and play EU and never had an issue with it, and other NA/sea/oceanic folks have reported the same. Hrm. Best of luck, hope you find the fights you’re looking for.

Consider Dragonbrand.

Our server has stabilized from the exodus of guilds to tier1.

Our NA will be competitive within the tier. We do have Oceanics, altho our SEA population is much higher. What we lack is a force able to hold what our SEA takes (and they take lots, I predict a lot of +400-500 ticks). and bridge the time between our SEA and our NA forces.

DB is a very low drama server. The guild who currently reside are the guilds who were here before we got bandwagoned are going no where. We are battle hardened and seasoned from many months in the trenches fighting the tier1 and tier2 blobs.

Of course, SBI could use that. But, what server couldn’t use numbers during that time?
