Small guild for ppl with limited time[NA]
Hey, I havnt played gw2 in a long time just now getting back into it any chance I could get a invite. Possibly have someone show me the ropes?
Hey! This sounds chill! I was looking for a small casual guild to join so I can make friends and actually get to know members XDD! (I’m surprised about the voice chat, not that I ever really use it.)
Anywho let me in!
(And also perhaps a discord chat might be fun!)
Personally: I’m like sem-hardcore in a few ways. Like I’ve got a level 80 engineer and a few other level 20+ characters. But I don’t have HOT. I play a lot of pvp but I don’t mind playing PVE either. I’m also learning to abuse the market hehe.
Likes: Chill people, Even chiller people, anime, cartoons, longboarding, Writing, lets plays, and Drawing
Dislikes: Really aggressive people… I dunno what else I really don’t like.

Zavve, this sounds nice. I am an extremely laid back and relaxed player/person.
I have every class to 80. Been playing since launch. I am VERY casual now, a true old timer in gaming. I was playing arcade games before they were video games.
Long ago I wanted a game to be a brutal challenge every time I logged in. Now, I am interested in more relaxed and simple fun. I am not out to “prove” myself in games anymore. In GW2 I don’t care about map completion, achievements, etc. I don’t have all WPs open for example. I just want simple fun.
In GW2 I like the open world. I got out of PVP in gaming many years ago and don’t touch it anymore.
Usually I am found playing a healer in mmorpgs. GW2 is a big change change for me as there are no true healers. In GW2 I do tend to like support characters, even though they seem a bit weak in the context of the game. But, I play all classes/professions anyway.
Your guild idea appeals to me, since I have grown a bit tired of going solo all the time. I have HoT but dislike it, I am not a platformer and jump puzzles really do not interest me, so I have done very few in the game. HoT strikes me as huge JP with lots of aggravating enemies and the need to “master” things irrelevant to my characters. I got daredevil but that is it. HoT was a big turn off for me.
Hoping that PoF will be different but I doubt it. Though maybe…with a friendly helpful guild PoF might be enjoyable. Solo, I doubt I will get the expac, as I expect it to be a reboot of HoT.
So as it is, I spend my time now on a few core maps I enjoy. If I could run with some cool people, maybe other things in pve would be more appealing.
I like nice friendly people, dislike arrogant “pro gamers” who mock casual players. I hung out with those types for many years in gaming and watched them chase away many cool people. Helping people is something I really enjoy.
So, if you think I might be a good fit, I oughta give it a try.
Thanks man No hassles is what I like, not for anyone. This is supposed to be fun, entertainment, enjoyment, and I like to be around happy people and hope to make them happy. Life has way too much sadness and strife; making a game into yet another trial and ordeal is the opposite of what i want…for me and for others.
This seems like a guild I would be interested in joining.
Very casual and laid back. Just wanting to grind some dungeons for cool cosmetic armor sets, do living world, and finish discovering the map. Fresh level 80 so know very very little of the endgame content like mysteries for example but with some guidance I learn quickly. I do own HoT but haven’t really touched it. I’m all about PvE and don’t do any PvP content. Just really want to play more of the game and meet some new people along the way.

Wow this sounds exactly up my alley. Age wise I’m 25 so I’m all set there.
I’m a returning player. I have a good number of 80 classes (Necro, Mesmer, Gaurdian, Eng, Thief, Rev) and a few other classes still in the 40-60 range. I’ve come back after…jeez I think from a month after HoT launch to just last week I was away from the game. As such I am just way behind and these new features are somewhat overwhelming. (All these elite specs to max out, oof…)
I’ve always preferred PvE content but I’ve started to find ways of getting into PvP. At this point, I just want a consistent group of people to do content with.
Starting guild missions this week. Also, if you are new to fractals, and/or dungeons, don’t let that worry you. Low level runs to help learn the content is something we do too.
I recently hit 80 and haven’t touched any of the dungeons or endgame content. I’m just working on some of the story and enjoying the game for now. I’d love to join if you have room!
