T3-6 NA Transfer
Hey good luck to you guys on a new server, whereever you end up, arent you on JQ? You might want to add a reason or two why you guys wanna leave, to avoid finding the same issues on another server.
Honesty is not insulting, stupidity is.

Tier 3 is a mess, so I would suggest you try tier 4-5. SBI, HoD, GoM and DH are all comparable in population. SBI is mostly NA with a few guilds, RAIN and IMG that raid, with the rest being pugs. We have a pretty casual SEA presence, headed by KIWI and pugs. We have had A LOT of players return recently and are pretty satisfied with stabilizing in tier 4/5.
Tier 4/5 have lots of fights, ton of guilds run 10-20 and there are blobs in EB. There is also a developing gvg scene. Any of these servers would be a good place to transfer. SBI has been pretty stable in the tier 3 to tier 4 range for over a year. We could use more guild groups as I stated above, we are mostly pugs, who are a tough bunch. Good luck on your search.
Tier 3 is a mess
This is true, but it doesn’t necessarily have to stay that way. NSP and IoJ are pretty evenly matched, it’s just the rotating 4th place server from T2 that’s beating up on us. If a few guilds transfer in to NSP and IoJ, that’ll make the tier more competitive.
Of course, it’ll also help if one of those T2 servers would fall apart…

T4/5 is always a nice place for a fresh start, consider Darkhaven they have some great agressive guilds, and were a blast to fight. And they have been fighting their way up through the tiers so they are an up and coming server. Also SBI has been pretty stable in their standings and have a good size militia. And yea T3 is really unbalanced atm because there are 4 servers competing for t2’s 3 spots, so one of them will continue bouncing back and forth, until one of them just collapses. Or IOJ and NSP, both good servers as well, get some new blood to balance out the match.

Tier 4/5 is where it’s at. My server (Darkhaven) climbed out of T6 and we haven’t looked back. It’s hyper competitive, one week GoM wins, one week Dh, one week SBI, one week HoD… It’s a tug of war, with plenty of fights and comfortable room for roaming. It’s not like t3 that is CONSTANTLY fighting a t2 server thanks to there being 4 tier 2 servers (DB, YB, SoS, and FA).
Each server in tier 4/5 has a distinct personality and pros/cons that accompany that server. Currently there are 5 competitive servers in these 2 tiers (Mag is not competitive in t5 unfortunately).
All servers would be a good choice imo. CD has a solid skill level, and very strong SEA/EU. GoM has probably the largest population of all the servers by a good margin, they have very strong EU/NA. Darkhaven is somewhere in between the two, we have really strong SEA/NA but “eh” EU and weak OCX. HoD has really strong EU/NA as well (they’re basically a smaller GoM). Haven’t fought SBI so I can’t speak on them.
If you’re interested in Darkhaven, feel free to contact anyone listed in this thread (a contact is given for every timezone): https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/community/lookingfor/Darkhaven-Ascension-Server-Recruitment/first#post4649611
We’ll give you a very honest overview of what it’s like on Darkhaven, as we want anyone who moves here to STAY. We want a stable community, not a bandwagon. Thus it’s in our best interest to make sure your decision to move is an informed one.

Thnx for all these response, I still have alot of questions mark what I will be fighting beside more numbers and more people. I dont see any guilded force? No guilded force? PuG based only? Any Guild I fight with?
My impression of T3 is that it’s mostly guild groups of 10-25 with a couple pugs that join in. I primarily play during NA prime, so I can’t say what it’s like outside those hours. (And I’m new to the tier having transferred recently to NSP, so I’m working on just a few weeks of experience.)

15 SEA will make any server lower than T3 move up; take that into consideration.

That’s not tbh. That’s true for t6-8 perhaps. Most t5/4 servers can field decent sea (CD can field straight up blobs in the 40-50+ range + 1 guild group [time]), Dh has 1 zerg busting guild that fields that every day in SEA and then pug zergs that can get freakishly huge. Even then, we only tend to utterly dominate SEA on the week days. T4/5 is fairly active right now.

No names? Just 10-25 different guilds with each other?

Each server has one or more decent sized guilds that run daily. For guilds that run 10+ frequently, here they are as far as I’m aware by server:
DH – MEAN, SotD, RIOT, SDS, HART, Qrew, HERO
GoM – DUI, BLIS, vox, Odm
CD – TDS, TIME
SBI – IMG
HoD – WAR, HoD, STRM
MAG – Oath, WAR, Prov
I’m most familiar with GoM/Dh. My information may be incorrect on CD/SBI, as I’ve only fought CD one week and SBI only a few hours (first matchup with them was reset tonight).
Most guilds down here run 10-20 for “large” guild groups. Only a couple guilds exceed those numbers routinely (both on HoD lol).

NSP’s main guilds seem to be GS RAID Os PB ZoS. Those seem to be the guilds routinely running 10-20 mans. There’s a ton of smaller havocs. Again, I’m pretty new to NSP, so apologies if I missed anybody.

Hey there Tijgertje. Just wondering if you have decided on a server yet? If not I can give you some more info on DH as we are always looking for any guilds willing to get down and dirty in T4.
Have not received the confirm yet. Every offer so far is making me get 2 guilds to play with and 80 man to fight against. Still looking for it. Drop Guilds (ally and enemy) below with numbers so I have something to work with
Alright as for the guilds on DH that run during SEA hours is:
SoTD: who usually run about 10-15 players. This guild has been on darkhaven for as long as I have been here (Over 2 years).
SoN: Not all that familier with numbers but I do see some on during NA and OCX times.
DH also has a large SEA pug following as I have without a doudte seen ques in EB when we have a commander online. The only problem is that we normally do not have a commander. If we do it’s an NA commander pulling overtime.
As for the numbers you will be facing. Well i’d say GoM runs about at least 20 man zerg in EB sometimes and i’m not to familier with SBIs numbers since this the first time we have been matched with them.
Keep in mind though that I do not play SEA times but I will without a doudt have someone from our SEA times get on here and give you much more info then I can. Just give me some time and i’ll make it happen.

Now for our NA guilds we have:
MEAN: Zerg busting guild that run about 15 normally. They are very good at what they do.
NERD: Small havoc/defense squad that can be found in our BL normally making sure our stuff is being sieged and defended well. They run about 5-10
HART: Zerg busting guild but can normally be found havocing in enemy BLs with about 10-15 players.
SDS: Small havoc group of about 10 that is reforming and pushing to get more members to start zerg busting again. Great guild.
Hero: This guild is almost always in EB taking care of our 3rd and making sure we have a safe waypoint around. lol They also like to run havoc squads into the other servers 3rds and disrupt supply lines. Great guild with some great people. They normally field atleast 10.
Orr: I normally see Orr defending in our BL and/or in our 3rd of EB. They normally field anywhere between 5-15 players.
Qrew: This guild is our residential PPT guild. They run around 10-15 players and specialize in defening our BL and/or pushing and capping what they can in an enemy BL.

Guild: Legends and Myth [Myth]
(edited by Actium.8765)
Now as for the guilds you will be facing if you move to DH are as follows:
GoM server;
Dui: This guild fields a large group that specialize in makeing our pug commanders life miserable lol. They also hit our BL pretty hard with at least 20 players
eXa: These guys normally hit the BLs and bring about 15-20 along with them. It makes defending difficult and fun.
OdM: Not to familier with them but I see them around
Bliss: Zerg busting guild I believe.
Vox: They normally field about 15 and tend to hit BLs in force (mostly us… -.- lol) they like to take north camp and siege it aswell..
I don’t know much more about GoM other then that and I do not know much about SBI as this is the first time i’ve matched up against them. But I do know that during NA prime they run a huge zerg in EB which makes the fights there pretty epic.
I hope any of this information will help out and I have already got into contact with players from our SEA timezones and they should be able to help you much more on that time then I can.

Oh dude if you guys dont go for DH, its gonna break their hearts , I mean just look how bad they want you. MEAN was fun to fight, very agressive even with smaller numbers. Only guild I remember from GoM was ASH, but was NA time and they probably fielded the most people Ive ever seen from one guild. GoM itself is consistently blobby.
