Guild Wars 2

Hey there,

some of you might still know the name Tequatl Killer/ Hunter/ Slayer Squad [TKS]/ [THS]/ [TSS]. We now are trying to start heavy recruitment again! We have 1200 members atm and we would like to grow more and build up a massive community! ^^ And for this we need you! (Below every section is a tldr if you are lazy ;) (just scroll down if you wanna join right away xD There is alot of explaining in this thread)

First of all, infos about our guild:

What do we focus on? Is it still only Tequatl?
No, actually we got alot more by now. We still do him 2-4 times a day. Also we started doing Karka queen every few days. And it is not just about world events. We want to start a nice and big community for new content, dungeon, fractals, special event etc etc. We are trying to scope for a large scale of things. Still we will maintain the possibility to only join us for World events.

How will we do that?
Well, atm we have 3 guilds. I want to have atleast 6. 2 guild specialized in permenent representing, having players for dungeon runs and and group finding and community purposes. The other 4 guilds are for the usual, non representing players, that join us for Tequatl, Karka Queen and upcoming events. This allows us to have a broad scale of interesting possibilities =D
tldr:
we specialize guilds in order to build up an ingame community. We want atleast 2500 people ^^

What about requirements?
Actually none, except a nice small application and TS ^^ (link later) Still, due to our world boss events and other content things, I think this guild is not good for beginners, meaning you will actually only benefit the full potential from the guild on level 80. We won’t check that you have a lvl 80 char, but we try to encourage new players to find guilds, that can personally help their needs and help them to stand on their own feet =) (this guild is just not made for that purpose… sorry ^^)

Special events were mentioned. What kind of stuff are these?
Well, we have some in planning. For example a Gameday with puzzles, hide and seek, tag or some other things over a whole day with some prizes and everything. The grand prize will be a mid-high tier precurser (atleast 400g). Also some other prizes, like exotics, materials, minipets and alot of other stuff =D Other than that, we are thinking about doing a winter festival day, but we are still looking into that.

How about financial stuff? Precursers for members?
Well, obviously we can’t provide everything ourself, but every service of the guild is completely free. Special events with prizes are possible through optional donations. We don’t force anyone to, but ask politely for it ^^ (example: Tequal run brings 2g clean. If every member donated 1g of 1 tequatl run of all of the runs, since we do them daily, we can easily make these events. And we only ask for donations when we have something like this in planning. No donations -> no game day. Donation -> game day ^^ Etc)

Non-representating:
Means you don’t have to represent the guild except while doing special events with us. This allows you have a your actual guild while still joining ours and doing events on a daily basis.

Representating:
As the name suggests, this is for the members, that want to make TXS their new home guild, where they can find guildies to do dungeons and alot of other stuff! =D This is nice for those seeking a large community and a good player base with guild missions and all the rest there is to it! ^^

That is the most important thing, except your name! xD Also please make sure to advertise us a bit to people you know or meet ingame in link them to the reddit ^^ We want to build a community, and that is impossible without the members! Yeah I know, same link. Still at the moment this is the main source of information. We try to update more and more, since we want to offer a broad scale soon. At the moment there still are mainly tequatl threads ^^ Also we think about making a personal website. We hopefully will get one soon.
