About TI:
Taking Initiative (TI) is a WvW focused guild based on TC. TI is a part of the Tarnished Coast Cross Guild Initiative (CGI), and focuses on skill improvement in WvW, both for individual players and as a guild. TI has relaxed representation requirements so members can participate in raids without breaking commitments to their other guilds.

We are Looking for:
Players of all skill levels and all professions, including players new to WvW! TI will provide builds and training. Members should be interested in improving their personal skills by fighting as part of a team.

All persons joining TI will:

• Have TC as their home server
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Sign up to the CGI’s website ( takinginitiative.enjin.com ) within two weeks of joining TI
• Abide by the TI Member Code of Conduct while representing TI
• Sign up for membership on Tarnished Coast’s community forum
• Have the ability to access Mumble and at least listen to voice communications
• Understand and agree to the TI and the CGI charter (both found on the CGI website)
