Guild Wars 2

Took a while but I finally joined the guild wars 2 bandwagon. I am looking for a guild that doesn’t mind that I know very little. I chose Tarnished Coast because I loved RPing in WoW so I may want to get into that in the future but for now I just need to learn the game.

I invite you review our community. Instead of giving some TL:DR article, I have provided some key points below.

Our Community

• Stormbluff Isles – We are active on SBI, but allow guesting. Don’t forget you can delete all your chars for a free transfer.
• Mature – We screen our applicants. Our ages range from 18 – 60. We are not religious & you may hear some cursing.
• Active – Recruiting all time zones. We have 50+ members. Most active around 10PM+- EST.
• Website – Our site is hosted by Enjin, paid for a year. Active forums.
• Helpful – Useful and easy to navigate information on our site. Enjoy answering questions.
• Voice Comms – We use Mumble & Enjin chat via Overwolf overlay to communicate across multiple games.
• Live Streamers – We support Twitch. Our streamers often do giveaways.
• Newbie Friendly – We are very helpful and welcome new players.

In-Game Activity

• WvW – Weekly WvW night.
• sPvP – Currently putting together a tPvP team, will soon have a custom arena. Regular meetings twice a week.
• Leveling – We often team up with and help our lower levels.
• Dungeons – Eager to run Dungeons.
• Fractals – Same as above. Our most active runners are at level 3-5.
• World Bosses – We often report active bosses and kill most of them on a nightly basis.
• Missions – Actively unlocking missions.
• Representing – We do not require 100% representation, but atleast 75+-%.

You might want to check out Remnants of Hope as I think we may be a good fit. For a full description of our guild, you can see our recruitment thread here. You can also go directly to our forums by clicking here.

However, here are some points that apply specifically to you:

- We have members of all levels and frequently hold events with our lower level members such as Leveling Parties, Fractals Dungeons, sPvP, WvW, and more! To see what we have planned ahead, you can check out our Event Calendar.

- Our guild also has a solid PvP community, but RP is never required and not all of our members are RPers. This means that you can join in and focus on learning the game for now, then when you feel like getting into RP, you can always join in.

- We also host RP both in game and on our forums. If you’re not ready for RP in game, but want to be able to RP a bit outside of your game time, this is always an option.

- In addition to having a friendly, outgoing community that is always happy to help you learn the game, we also have tons of guides and resources on our forums to help out new players.
