The Arcane Light is a global gaming community with chapters in several games. We are currently working on developing a chapter in Guild Wars 2 and looking for kindred spirits to compliment our already awesome population. The community was created with the intention to provide a home for a specific type of MMO player. To be a place for those that consider themselves ‘hardcore’ gamers but that, due to real life and responsibilities, can no longer dedicate as much time to a game as they may like. We like to call ourselves ‘Casual but Dedicated’ as we accept that real life must come first but when we’re in-game we will challenge ourselves and play to the best of our abilities to achieve the goals we set.

Vision for the future
The Arcane Light is a multi game community and as such we aim to be the home you can stay with through all your games. We will continue to expand into games both new and old and promise that no chapter of TAL will be closed until the last member quits playing or the servers are switched off – whichever comes first!
We encourage you to see if we’re a fit for you and vice versa. Never hurts to try us out!

What We Have to Offer
In addition to the community itself, we have a variety of things that we offer to our members. Our officers are committed to running dungeon and raid events, leading the way in RP and hosting fun events for all levels of guild members. We aim to provide a mature, drama-free environment where members can enjoy their chosen game to the fullest in the company of like-minded friends. Everything in the way of organization is done on our forums. When you apply and are accepted as a new recruit, you’ll be able to view our calendar that has weekly, monthly, and annual events listed in it. We’re proud to say that we have one of the most helpful and friendly communities in the games that we choose to become a part of. We’re diverse and come from many different backgrounds. Since we’re a global community, we have members from all over the world that speak English, but are often multilingual. If you need help with something or just a new recipe for guacamole, we can probably help you out!
