To all Devona’s Rest, I checked the WvW Leaderboards and it was a relief that from rank 20+ went up to 19th but when I checked the tier we went from tier 6 to 8. Now some people really do not care about tiers but to be at 8th I guess we should start doing something about it or keep our tier at least at 6th or 7th(-_-).

I know a lot of people or Guild hates another Guild and that is pretty normal to have a rival within the server but when it comes to WvW we should at least minimize that or if possible put it away and work as a server(I get a lot of whisper of guild hating guild and this is why I am posting this). I may not be one of the officers especially not a Leader of a guild but if all the officers and Guild Leaders could have a meeting regarding this matter, I’ll be glad to help and hear my idea. Smallest, Ave., Biggest WvW guild/PVE guild if we all do something as a server, we can avoid 8th tiers and Rise from a downfall. Please let me know if there is a Guild Leader(bring your officers as well) that is interested of saving our own server from being one of the last tiers of the game, please let me know.

All this are the Devona’s Rest Guild. With this many we should be able to change that 8th tier and 19th rank. I am ambitious yes and I probably cannot do it by myself but with everyone’s help think about it.

I have long wanted to form a very well defined “war council” to help boost things up for the Devona’s Rest server. I think a big effort from the world is required to handle things properly if we are ever to escape the grasp of low rank server.

There is an effort already on the go (a guild named BEAST). It stemmed from the [WoS] guild as a group of elite set of players from many guilds who are focusing at turning the tide in WvW. Now I don’t know how far this effort can go, but I think that with enough cooperation we can get everyone to join into a more formal War Council.

Yes and I also run with them most of the time at night, they are very coordinated guild as they bust a zerg a lot of times. Now this Beast Guild do run everywhere in WvW, EB or different BL but I made a brand new guild that only focus at EB, kinda corny but I called it Eternal Battleground Defenders[EBD] as I am forming this Guild will only exist at EB. No need to represent all the time but when I step on EB’s ground I will represent and run with EBD players if needed, TS3 will be required but no need to have mic as long as you can hear the orders. And as you mentioned “war council” we should slowly form this, at least a meeting with every guild master or officers on a specific day. With this we can improve not as a guild but as a server. If you can add me up at the Game please do whisper me or something and we can probably work this out with every Guild Master’s cooperation. I do know that there is a Guild alliance but we can probably do better than that.
