[VKO] Valiant Knight Order is a small gaming community, looking for new members to join us in GW2.
VKO is a long standing guild (celebrated our 7th Birthday in May!) born out of Guild Wars, with some existing members dating back to its inception. We are a friendly sociable English-speaking community, based on Seafarer’s Rest (EU) (GMT timezone).
In GW2, we recently said goodbye to some of our active players tempted away by new content in other games, so we are looking for people who are still enthusiastic about GW2, are active, and friendly, to join our little community.
We welcome all servers, classes, experience levels and all ages, but maturity is not optional; we log in to have fun, build friendships and play together. As a result we don’t tolerate immaturity or rudeness from our members. All of us have lives: school, homework, jobs to go to, and kids to look after. Thus, we’re looking for players who view their games as a place to log in and have fun with their guild.

Our main activity is in Dungeons and Fractals. If you aren’t experienced, and would like to learn, please don’t be put off; we are happy to explain things, to those who want to learn.
What we expect from all our members, old and new;
- 99% representation (we realise that people have guild banks, and that we aren’t a big enough guild to co-ordinate teq/wurm events within guild. Therefore, additional membership with a guild that does, is acceptable, but only for those events. The reason for this is simple, we are primarily a social guild, and you cannot play with us, or get to know us if you aren’t representing the majority of the time.)
- Forum membership (all info about our events is on the website.) We are a gaming community so contact with the community happens online not in game.
- Involvement in guild activities, whether that be GMs or Dungeons, or simply getting to know people and chatting in guild chat.
- A mature, friendly attitude towards guild and non-guild alike.
- Guild Mission attendance where possible… it says a lot about a member who refuses to support their guild.
- Team work is expected in Dungeon/ Fractal runs. Although we will never tell you how you must build or gear your character, certain skills may be asked for on some occasions. We are always happy to teach these things, if people are unsure, so please don’t be afraid to ask questions!
Ultimately we are a community of friends, we’re laid back, and have a good laugh whilst playing the game together, and we’re looking for people who would like to join us, with a similar attitude.
