[VKO] Valiant Knight Order is a small friendly guild, hoping to grow! With the expansion on the horizon, we’re excited to expand our PvE activities into Raids, and Adventures, and all the new things that Heart of Thorns will bring us, and that means expanding our community too!

What we can offer…

We are not a huge guild, and we don’t ever intend to be. In VKO you are not just another member, a number, a name who just fills a group and comes and goes without being noticed, you’re a person with value.

We are mainly PvE, but we dip into all areas of the game, depending on in game events! We have informal dungeon tours throughout the week, Guild Missions weekly, and we schedule events to help people get Dungeon Master paths, Personal Reward Levels in Fractals, and awkward achievements. We do our best to support players old and new!

We also host lots of little social events, usually mini games which involve jumping off cliffs, or knocking people off high places for prizes! The social side of our guild is very important to us, and these events are a great place to get to know people (before you push them off high places to their death… or after, if they’re not sore about it :P )

The kind of people we’re looking for…

We have Teamspeak, a Steam Group, and a forum, all of which are key to our community, because they allow us to keep in contact even when away/playing other games! Although Teamspeak isn’t required, it is encouraged. It’s the best way we’ve found to build a solid community, so ideally, we’d like you to come hang out with us on TS!

• We do expect every member of the guild to be on the forum though, that IS a requirement. All our events and news goes up on the forum, and we don’t want anyone left out.

• We ask for 100% representation (with the exception of guild banks), because we are a social community, not a glorified lfg.

We’re not looking for people who want to ‘use’ the guild for their convenience. Non-representation only tells us you don’t want to be part of our community. If you intend not to represent, then don’t join us! We’re not the guild for you!

We’d like to grow our numbers, but more importantly, we’d like to find similar minded people. We have been around as a guild for over 8 years, through different games, and with different leaders, and we have seen many people come and go, without a care for the guild, which is sad, when our little community means so much to those of us who are active! If you like to log into the game, say hi in guild chat before hopping on TS to get involved in whatever’s going on at the time, then we could be what you’re looking for!

So, we’d love to welcome like minded people, who want to get involved, who want to get to know us, and let us get to know them, and become part of our community!

Hello,
This week in VKO has been like many others with some dungeons some fractals and guild missions as usual. We got a few new members last week that turned out to be great people who are often active on TS3 and ingame. Welcome!
Right now the guild is preparing for an ingame event called Twilight Time-Trial on friday witch is dungeon event set in twilight arbor designed to incorporate members to the usual dungeon players groups aswell as learn a few tricks along the way.

The countdown has started on our website and we are all super exited.

We had a fun week in VKO with fractals, dungeons, and some open world fun!
Tomorrow we are reviving the beginner dungeons event to teach the basics of the faster dungeon paths to incorporate our newer members to it. The day after that(friday) is guild mission and our first try of the BWE raid right after gms. For those who can and want to partake in it but couldn’t on friday we are also doing an encore of the raid on sunday!

Welcome to our new guys, some great new faces/ voices in our midst! But we’re always open to building on our community!

It’s less than a week until HoT launches and we’re packing the boxes and emptying the cupboards in anticipation of moving into a Guild Hall! If you’re still looking for a friendly community to be involved in then why not move in with us?! Too soon? Did we mention we love you? It’s ok, we’ll buy your Mum a bottle of red and she’ll give us her blessing!

We’re also preparing ourselves for Raids, this is something we are definitely going to get stuck into, so we are also looking for players who have a little experience with their class/es and would like to jump into experiencing Raids when they release! But the sense of humour and the social involvement is not optional… our raiders will be the complete package oh yeaahhhh.

Only a week and a half into heart of thorns have been filled to the brink with stuff to do, from exploring the new zones, claiming our Guild Hall(Gilded Hollow) to fractals and flax/sand farms for that before mentioned Guild Hall.
Only 5 days left until the first raid witch most of us are super exited for!
As for the Guild Hall we have come quite far into upgrading it. We have all the basic buildings now aswell as tier 2 mine as of yesterday. The Guild itself is as of this post level 20 1/2 witch we are quite proud of with our guild members beeing very generous helping out!

Today is the first day in witch we try raids, so wish us luck! Tomorrow is the day for this weeks Guild missions and saturday is raids attempt 2. The week has only begun for us, but it has still been an eventfull week so far with lots of coarse sand and flax since we are almost at full tavern restoration! besides that we just got our miniature merchant and plant synthesizer in order to not sit at max cap aetherium whilst waiting for kegs and mugs.

So Raids are great! We have been doing raid 4 times now all 4 have been great fun and we even got the first boss down to about 3% one time!
As for the guild hall we upgraded tavern completely, we also got the guild portal guild magic find, guild trader 2, ore synthesizer 2 and we are currently working towards market restoration 2!

Another week another bump. We are still looking for new members!
This week have been a fun one, with pvp leagues some people convinced me to try a game or 2 yesterday and that was really fun. We have also done the normal fractals and dragons stand alot this week so far. Now today is when the week really starts!
Guild missions and raids tonight and raids again on saturday!

As for the guild hall we are now level 27 and completed market restoration 2, guild trader 3, guild hall swiftness and guild enhancment: karma last week. We are currently working towards Aetherium capacity 4 and after that mining rate 4.

So this week our event officer Matt announced his Christmas events for this month starting with “Fast and Furious: Snowden Drift” witch is a mariocarty-tonic-brawler-race across Snowden Drifts(12th of december at 6pm gmt). His second event for this christmas is “Bauble Blizzard Blitz” witch is kindof like a scavanger hunt(19th december 6pm gmt). The last one is the VKO Secret Santa witch has the final sign up day on sunday.
This sunday we got the vale guardian down to 0.2 % or something like that so he is dying soon, don’t belive me? Proof!.
Guild missions this week is on saturday at 3pm gmt aswell.

Since the last update alot of stuff has happened in the guild. We have killed Vale guardian 10ish times gotten Gorseval down to 15% and got another attempt tonight!
As for the Guild Hall we are now level 45 with alot of nice upgrades, tonight we have enough luck to unlock further exploration within Gilded Hollow.
