Name: Vale Legion [VALE]
Purpose: Basically the idea is pretty simple. I’m creating a guild who’s purpose is to help people get raids organized. Real life gets in the way, and it can be hard for a lot of guilds and individuals to get together full and organized raids. This is a way to solve this problem. The goal is to get as many other guilds to join in as possible. This way if you are missing a member, or have a few too many people for one group, those people can still go raiding.

Member Requirements: Almost none. You don’t have to rep, since if you join this will probably be a secondary guild. However, members should be willing to put in the work to be competent raiders. This means that you are bringing exotic or better gear and decent knowledge of how your class works and what role you are filling. You don’t have to know the specific boss mechanics, but you should be ready to listen to more experienced players and follow their lead. This is also meant to be a welcoming and friendly environment, so don’t bring poor attitudes. Aggressive or harassing behavior won’t be tolerated. The one hard requirement is that you should have team speak or be ready to download it upon joining. You don’t need to have a microphone set up, but you should be able to listen in.

Who we are looking for: We are trying to recruit people who want to do raids, but aren’t in raiding guilds, as well as the raiders from other guilds. If you are already in a guild and doing raiding, joining can only benefit you and your guild.

Organization: We will be getting a guild hall in the near future as more people join, mostly so that we have a meeting place. Ranks will mostly be used to show experience level in the raid. If I know people are going to be raiding a particular day, I will try and let the whole guild know, so that people can join in if they want

Goal: We’re really new, but our goal is to get up to 50-100+ raiders. This will be the ideal minimum level, so that raid groups can get easily filled out.
