In MMOs Guilds don’t run after players, it’s players run after guilds so a won’t get any response from a hardcore guild that will tell you “you’re welcome to join us etc”. You should look at posts.
What time zone are you in? I have two other players that would love to run dungeons, but we cannot get another two people consistently. Two of us are in PST and one is a vampire in EST.
Our guild is EOSM and we have a Teamspeak server. Plus, we can get a guild channel on the FC TS server.

I lead a guild and I’ve managed to get some pretty awesome players by doing this.
Makes them important and not just a member like a lot of these 200+ member guilds(not throwing shade at anybody, that’s the last thing I want to do but that statement is beyond silly :P)

Synergy is a guild started by some friends with a goal to create a small community of friendly players. We aren’t interested in having 500 members where no one knows anyone else. We are currently playing Guild Wars 2 primarily on the Jade Quarry server.
For Guild Wars 2, we participate both PvE and organized PvP in both WvWvW and structured PvP. Most of us have been gaming together since the days before Guild Wars 1 and continue to do so. Because of our long standing community, you will find that it is an atmosphere where everyone knows each other and learns to play well as a well oiled machine, hence the name Synergy.

I don’t know what kind of level of knowledge they know in the game but there are standards for each guild. Real hardcore guilds won’t chase after players and that’s true while casuals do chase after players and get a decent amount of players but I don’t look at quantity. If someone really wants to join a guild and be loyal he’ll seek a guild on his own and guilds that respect ‘emselves will not chase after players. That’s how with hardcore guilds.

Main Guild Policies -
—95% rep – u can have bank guilds, and be in event guilds as long as your only repping the other guild for a few hours a couple times a week for their events (JsUn needs to be your primary rep guild)
— be respectful, this guild was formed in GW1 with one of our main goals to be a funny, sarcastic, humorous, fun guild, but theres always a line that can be crossed…. if you cross it with one of our members and they make it vocal… stop it, or expect an incoming Jester black list / guild kick / ban hammer of dhuum.
— stay active or at least let us know of any up coming inactivity spells. please don’t be inactive for a month or longer without telling us, and then be kittened when u log in to see your kicked from the guild with a mail message explaining why. a small guild like ours survives only with active members. if your taking an extended break, please tell us
