Hello Desmond, I see you are looking for a guild. Greetings, dear guild recruiter. Indeed you are right!
What guild are you looking for? What are your expectations? I would like to join Europe only, English speaking, small, mature and friendly guild where the emphasis lies on the very community rather instead of reaching perfect results in game itself, it should feel more of a family-styled guild. Can be casual. PvE focus is the best option however I personally enjoy every aspect of the game.
What is it about no VoIP? I have no intention and desire to use TS or any other software whatsoever during my GW2 time. It has been my experience with guilds that people are either on TS or totally left behind. Therefore the majority of chat should be done via simple writing. Yes, I fully realize advantages of VoIP. No, I don’t expect you to organize Evolved Wurm or pro PvP/WvW runs. I play for fun but don’t want to be left behind.
What about you and WvW? I don’t really play WvW that much so no need for the guild to be on the same server – I am from Aurora Glade – however it would be nice to do WvW from time to time, cannot deny that.
What about you and sPvP? Sometimes I play unranked for fun, again nothing serious.
Will you represent us all the time? Once I join a guild I fully represent it and I stay loyal. However if the guild doesn’t live up to my expectations – and let’s be honest, it can always happen – I will simply quit.
So you are a veteran. Are you willing to help beginners on their way through the game, do dungeons with first-timers etc…? I am willing to lend a helping hand and share my knowledge about the game. In fact I like to play with beginners and for example I often do AC runs stating simply number of path + free for all. Honestly I find speedruns to be quite boring. I am not a farmer, again I say I play for fun. I also like challange. And if you want to do high level FotM, count me in.
Are you sure you won’t change your mind about VoIP? No, I will not. Don’t even try.
I believe I covered all the necessary info in this short interview, I’ve just got the idea to do it in this form so I made it so.
