We have strong leadership that has experience in managing/leading. Underwater Operations is currently more than just a guild to everyone in it; we are a community that is eager to learn from each other and help each other grow. Everyone who is apart of [WET] is here for each other; we value our family atmosphere where our members place our guild play style before their own. We focus very heavily on team unity and doing whatever it takes for the team to get better and move forward.

We raid 5+ nights a week with a requirement of a minimum 3 raids a week.
TS3 with a working mic is a must

We are currently looking for Warriors and a Necro or two but we will not refuse someone who is skilled at their class (except ranger).
