About us:
We are a LFG-Type Fractal & Raid farming guild currently looking for more motivated members to fill in our ranks as raiders.

-All New-Joins are placed in the [Trainee] rank until mastery of 3 classes/positions is achieved. Once class mastery is achieved, they are placed in the [Raider] or [Fractal Striker] depending on area of interest. Class mastery requires members to meet certain DPS thresholds under realistic Boons+Buffs or maintain certain boons/buffs, ex: Perma Quickness on chrono, etc.

-We do not require Full Ascended equipment. The only ascended we require are trinkets*, the armor and weapons can be of exotic grade. **For support classes such as druid healer/chrono, Rare or better gear will suffice.

-We do not follow “META”, we run efficient and cheap builds that get the job done. If you are interested in joining, do know ahead of time that you will be required to gear up certain characters/classes for either Raids/Fractals.

-Voice Comm’s is a MUST*, we use Discord for communication/teaching/whatever. Microphone is not mandatory, but listening is.

-We train our members to meet minimum guild standards (DPS/Boons) for their classes. Higher-ranked members are eager to help lower-ranks achieve better results from DPS rotations, Boon Rotations, Gear, setups, etc.

4m HP golem with all conditions:

Tempest: Full ascended (Zerker) w/o infusions:
Staff: 25k+
D/Wh: 22k+
D/F: 20k+

Condi Ranger: (Exotic, 4 krait, 2 Trapper runes)
Axe/Torch: 19k+
Axe/Torch+Shortbow: 21k+

Note that these are just examples. [Raider] ranked guildies are pushing 2-4k higher than stated numbers. The thresholds will also change depending on the gear you use (lower threshold in exotics vs ascended, marauder vs zerker, etc)

Run Times:
Whenever we want. Usually before and after Daily reset (Fractal T4 Dailies)
Mon-Tues : Wing 1
Wed – Thurs : Wing 2 & a little 1
Fri-Sad: Wing 3 & a little of 2&1
Sunday: Farming wing 1 for Magnetite shard cap for those who need. Also alot of Fractal 40 Farmin (20-30g+/h)

What we are looking for:
Rangers: Condi Rangers, Druid Healers, Druid Tanks(Minstrels/Nomad)
Elementalists: Tempest (Staff-D/Wh-D/F)
Chornomancer: Zerker/Marauder Chrono (We don’t use chrono tanks)
Guardian: Dragon Hunter (Marauder armor or weapon pref)
Warrior: PS
Revenant: Standard Berserker geared.

Other classes are ok but will be low-priority for raids until further notice.
