Intro.

Xunlai Heroic Service Agents [XHSA] is undergoing several recruitment initiatives in preparation for the upcoming expansion and its content. We are a decade old guild since the days of Guild Wars 1. We have a high focus of putting people and community first and hold this value most important over all other objectives. In this guild you will not only find people to play with but a community to belong to. Our guild strives to be fully inclusive of all members to whether or not you been here several years or a few days. We welcome all players regardless of experience, class, or skill levels to join us for the fun and the challenges the expansion will being us. Below are our recruitment initiatives, feel free to become a part of any or all that interest you.

Primary Initiative.

XHSA is a socially focused guild. We try to seek out players not only interested in a particular game mode but also interested in being a part of a community and make some friends. This guild was not founded by some clique of friends you never seem to be on the level with. Everyone here were complete strangers when they came in and together we formed a community by reaching out to each other and trying to include everyone. So if you are looking for not only just another guild to join, but looking to be part of something and make some friends. We welcome you to join us.

New Player Initiative.

XHSA is and has been seeking out players new to the game to join our ranks. Here you will find people make friends and grow with. It is our objective to build rapport and loyalty with new members by offering advice, offering assistance, to overall help you reach your goals, and include you on our dungeon/fractal runs so that you may feel comfortable joining other or starting your own runs. We feel that the influx of new players to the game is the perfect opportunity to solidify our base loyalty members. If you join us an honest effort will be made to include you in game and within our community.

PvP Initiative.

XHSA is looking for people interested in being a part of team sPvP. Anyone is welcome to join regardless of previous experience. We has always been casual when it comes to the PvP Scene and have a wide range of ranked players. Many of our members have gotten into PvP the last few months and teams will be formed soon according to rank and skill level. Currently 3 teams are being planned but more will be formed based on participation.

Guild Hall/Content Initiative.

XHSA is seeking people interested in the new guild content. We currently have 1.2 million influence to convert to the new system and have done guild missions every week since their release without fail. We are looking for people that wish to help take our hall from the enemy, build, decorate, scribe, battle, complete guild missions every Friday, and other objectives that will be set to improve our hall.

WvW Initiative.

XHSA has been out of the rotation for WvW for a long time, but now that the mode is getting love after years we are looking to get back in. We are looking for players interested in small group runs. Most of us are based in Yak’s Bend you will need to be on this world to participate. Our WvW nights are currently being scheduled for Mon. and Wed. We have 5-10 people participating on these nights. If roaming/raiding parties are something that interest you, now is a great time to join.

I just want to say we had alot of quality people join this week. Everyone has been more than willing to integrate into the community, form new friendships, and participate in teamspeak.

The Lions Arch event we held this week really brought everyone new and old together. I look forward to continuing to put in the effort to make XHSA a fun and successful environment in the years to come. Can’t do it without people like y’all. Come join the fun.

Alot of steady growth. We almost have over 200 active members now, even after clearing out 40 in last months activity check. We are looking for a few more before we stop recruiting to let people get to know each other before we grow some more.
