Guild Wars 2

The guild Heroes of Tyria is now recruiting! A brief history of this guild. The main group was started many years ago by a group of real life friends playing other MMOs such as Star Wars Galaxies and World of Warcraft. After we got bored of those, we started to split off into other games, all the while staying close friends. Now we are back together for Guild Wars 2, bringing along other groups of people we have met through our various other gaming adventures.

We are a very laid back guild. We enjoy games for what they are: games. We are not a “That’s a 50 DKP MINUS!!!” Guild, but more of a “LEEEEROY JEENKINS!!!” one. We enjoy the moments that, win or lose, we laugh hysterically at. We want to enjoy all the aspects of this fantastic game, while not focusing on any particular one.

We are currently recruiting active members of all levels! By active we don’t mean online 24/7, but participating with the guild when you are online. We are a friendly, helpful, sarcastic, semi-casual mid-sized guild.

We have been been around since launch, and have everything unlocked. We do Guild Missions (Rush/Bounty/Challenge/Puzzle in that order) on Sunday evenings, 4PM Server Time. We do not care about the Guild Merits at this points, so we will always at least run Rush and Bounty to make sure people can get those Commendations, regardless of how many people show up. We also run a make-up run of Rush and Bounty on Friday evenings (same time) for people who weren’t able to make the Sunday run. We want to make sure everybody who plays this game is able to obtain everything they can.

P.S. We do not currently have a website. We did, but nobody ever really seemed to use it, so I let it run out without renewing. If people want one again, I would probably set up something on Enjin or something like that.
