Remember to say whether you are NA or EU.

If you have five people, you really just need 2 more (up to 4 more is viable). to be nice to your volunteers make sure of the following:

You’ve purchased the mission, ie spent the 100 gold, and are ready to launch it.
You have everyone available, no getting in your volunteers and then saying “oh, Joe will be 30 more minutes.”
Everyone doing the claim with you has updraft mastery. Without it, getting to the spawn points might take too long.
You know how the mission works. *

Once launched the claim should be complete within 20 minutes or so.

• short form of how it works: Non guild members wait for guild folk to load in, then enter the portal to join them. Leader talks to NPC to launch mission once everyone else is in the middle of the map. Everyone takes note of the red ping for the first spawn and goes there. Focus down the two vine tenders then focus down the vine, dealing with other mobs only if they are wrecking your dps on the tenders/vine. (the ones in the center of the growing black pools of ick should have one person kill them). Repeat until the vine spawns are done, then head to the platform in the north middle of the map to fight the Axemaster. Break his blue bar, avoid his whirl attacks, don’t walk onto his shiny red lines on the ground.

When he dies, the leader goes and touches the crystal. Anyone not in the guild gets booted from the instance while guild members find themselves in their brand new hall.

If I’m around when you are ready to launch and you still need someone and you are on NA, please ask if I’m able to come help. No gold payment needed.

Guild hall mission is doable with 5 players, if everyone knows the mission.

Optimally, you can have up to 9 players before the event starts scaling, unless this was changed in the last four months.

If you are NA, I am usually online after 8 PM PDT. If I am not busy with something else, I can assist. No gold needed, I am happy to help.

I’d just like to add, non-guild members need to be partied up with at least 1 guild member in order to enter the instance. If you have more than 5 people (and I agree with Donari that you need at least 2 more), just make two parties.

I can assist as well, if I’m not busy with my guild. I’m usually in game starting around 8pm or 9pm MDT. We got our guild hall because of helpful players, including Donari. I’m happy to help without any payment – it’s my pleasure to pay it forward.
