That is typically SEA time. Look at the top 6 servers (swap SoR for Maguuma). DB has folks, but I’m not sure about their English (probably better than some Americans, but if they choose to speak it I mean LOL)
I’m looking for a server that is active between 6am cst and 8am cst for wvw as i work nights… also ill be looking for a guild on that server and will ultimately decide what server i might choose to go to
