Guild Wars 2

Hi I am a new player looking to get into the game. just started playing 3 days ago but I have played other MMOs. just looking for advice and some friends to play with. I am currently a level 7 Charr engineer on the Yaks Bend server.

Synergy is an online community started by some friends with a goal to be the best. We have played multiple games throughout the past few years and the founders all have experience in high end World of Warcraft raiding and are active gamers in various genres. We are currently playing Guild Wars 2 primarily on the Jade Quarry server.

For Guild Wars 2, we participate both PvE and organized PvP in both WvWvW and structured PvP. Most of us have been gaming together since the days before Guild Wars 1 and continue to do so. Because of our long standing community, you will find that it is an atmosphere where everyone knows each other and learns to play well as a well oiled machine, hence the name Synergy.

Hey Jack,
look I’m not going to try and compete with those large guilds but I’d like to point out that for a newby a big giant guild isn’t the best to start with. I too am fairly new to the game but have a few hundred hours. I came up with this idea to create a small elite guild of low level players. I’m looking to create a guild with a variety of races and one of each profession and only on of each. I’m not going to lie so far it’s only me (elemere sylvari thief lvl 15) but with a small group it’s a lot easier to look after eachother and co-operate to pull of a task using tactical manouvers too please repy to me on this thread if your interested im on the world ruins of sumeria and can meet you anywhere

We are an international guild with members from NZ/AU/US/CAN.

All members regardless of rank have the ability to organise ingame events ie Dungeons and Fractals.

Senility aims to be a multi-gaming casual guild for the adult gamer (18+). We all lead busy lives with our work and family commitments – that at the end of the day we want a stable and competitive guild, without the fear of being dismissed or berated for prioritising our real life responsibilities over those of MMo’s and gaming in general.

Senility is not a hard-core guild. We are tailored to the working adult and/or parent who cannot afford to spend countless hours on an MMO when life’s priorities demand our attention. Senility offers an adult community that specialises in casual play for adults who want to enjoy MMO’s without the pressures and time demands that other guilds sometimes inadvertently place on their members.

I thought I’d add our’s (Thundershrimp Are Go [TAG]) to the list here… We are a small, but active PvE guild (with plans to do some PvX in the future) on Crystal Desert.

We are very newbie friendly, so character level / player experience is no problem at all. We do have some fairly experienced players who would be happy to help you out.

We are a fairly casual guild. Our members do play a lot and put a lot of effort into the game, but we’re also friendly, laid-back, and we like to have fun. If you don’t mind a little swearing on Mumble and some snarky humor, you might want to check us out.

(we do want our members on Crystal Desert, but we have a (somewhat flexible) 60 day rule that allows someone to join the guild for up to (aprox.) 60 days so he/she has time to decide whether or not to transfer – we understand it’s not exactly cheap to transfer. So there’s no pressure to transfer servers right away.)
