Phase Shift [pS] is a serious WvW guild based on the EU Desolation server.
We are a guild looking to offer the best of WvW experiences no matter the situation. We pride ourselves on upholding a highly competitive spirit and ensuring a good experience in WvW for all our members.
RECRUITMENT
- All members can suggest potential recruits
- A minimum of two officers must accept an applicant for trial
- New members will, upon joining, enter the Trial rank. This lasts one week to ensure only the dedicated applicants will become a part of the guild
HOW TO PASS TRIAL
- Be active for the week of trial, meaning, take part of WvW raid events and tactic discussions.
- Be active in WvW; use TeamSpeak 3 and help out on the maps.
- Honour our Code of Conduct and try to fit in.
- Play on your main character; getting better on the class you main is much better rather than learning new alts.
ADMIN
- Members are expected to be on TeamSpeak 3 for all guild events and speak when needed.
- Listen to the raid leader and be focused at all times.
- No disruption to communication during serious play.
REWARDS
-All members have 24/7 access to our Spvp guild arena which is password protected
-Access to giveaways and guild competitions
-A high end experience of WvW and training sessions to expand on current skills
