Every guild member will be ranked "guild rank ”on the profession they main.
This is a NA guild.
The purpose of the guild is to form a bigger sPvp community for NA, and help people form more teams.

Difference is you can be complete trash and still be 40 via hotjoin heroism, skyhammer farming or whatever else there is. It’s time/grind based. To be on the leaderboards shows at least some level of game knowledge because you need to win matches to get there. You can also easily check it by looking up their name – rank isn’t displayed anywhere on leaderboards or on gwshack or anything like that.

Personally, I don’t think you should have any rank/skill restrictions at all. People can easily ask for the skill level of players as they please – “LFG newbies”, “LFG Experiecned team queue”, “LFG R40+ guard” etc, but that’s just my opinion.

i can hotjoin hero all the way to r40, ranks don’t prove skill, esp since the sky ham incident, also many low ranks are good too, just not as much chance as higher ranker

PvE level is a better indicator of skill than SoloQ rank.
