About vVv Gaming

vVv Gaming is built on a community based model. With divisions that support League of Legends, Shootmania, Black Ops 2 and more, vVv Gaming consists of professional and amateur gamers as well as a graphics team and a staff of about 12 people, and we receive an average of 45,000 unique visitors to our site every month.

One thing that separates us from other organizations is that we rarely pursue and bid on top talent. We believe that our role in eSports is to identify talent early and help it to develop, an essential part of the growth and success of competitive gaming. Not only do we do this for competitive players, but if you’re an aspiring eSports commentator, player, coach, content provider, or even want to work in the competitive gaming industry, then vVv Gaming is the place for you!

RECRUITMENT INFORMATION:

We are seeking players of all skill levels to join us in Guild Wars 2 on For Aspenwood Server. Anyone and Everyone is welcome to apply. Though some restrictions do apply.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP

Activity and Value - What we want from you is to be a valuable member of our guild. We expect you to get to know the other members. With Guild Activities happening almost every day we expect you look for ways to get involved on your own.

Respect - vVv Gaming is built on a platform of diversity, it’s what makes us so great. We do not tolerate any form of sexism, racism, or homophobia. We pride ourselves on being a large community with players with all kinds of backgrounds. Our passion for gaming brings us together, and our respect keeps us strong.

Drive - Motivation is a key factor in any game. We will never ask you to be anything you’re not, but we expect you to play to the best of your ability. Whether you’re looking to be a high-end competitive player, or just a casual gamer out to have fun, it doesn’t matter in our eyes. We want every member of vVv to have the utmost fun with whatever game they play. But we also want you to strive to be the absolute best you can be.

PVP teams - vVv Gaming, no matter what, will always be comprised of two factions: the Casual and the Hardcore. Because of this we have systems in place to create fun for both ends of the spectrum and we encourage players to form teams within the guild to play and improve. We have an oficial PvP team that represents our guild in large tournaments such as the Mist League at PAX Prime!

Knowledgeable, and Experienced Leadership - Owner of vVv Gaming is a well-known and experienced team-leader. When we go to him with ideas, issues, comments or concerns we know we’re talking to someone who isn’t giving us useless responses. On top of that, the leadership of the Guild Wars 2 guild is well versed in MMO game-play and guild organization.

A place in a passionate community of competitive gamers – Everyone has a place in vVv Gaming, regardless of who you are or how good you are. Being in vVv Gaming means you’ll be surrounded by gamers who are passionate and determined to have the best experience.

Voice Chat - Mumble is a requirement of all members. The very best PvP and the most challenging end-game PvE requires excellent communication. Stopping to type out orders or advice can cost you the game. It’s the 21st century. There’s no reason you can’t get access to a microphone. Plus, all the best conversations happen on Mumble! GAME-PLAY AND GUILD ACTIVITIES

PvE - We have unlocked every type of Guild Missions, from Guild Bounty to Guild Puzzle! We actively run these missions at least once a week so that each member may get their commendations!

PvE - Fractals, once a week we will oficially have a Fractals night where we will do various levels of fractals depending on what people need to achieve. Whether it is a higher level they wish to reach or an attempt to get a specific item, we will organize runs for both. Throughout the week will run fractals during the day or night when people wish to run them.

PvE - Dungeons, At least once a week we will run Dungeons as a guild! Whether it is to help somebody achieve their Dungeon Master Title or speed run few paths to make easy gold, it doesn’t matter. We will accomodate to what players need that night. We also run dungeons throughout the week at random times, depending on when people will need their runs. Need to run a dungeon? Just ask in guild chat!

PvE - Custom Events (Guild Lottery, Bagzli’s Games), Every couple of weeks we will draft a lottery winner! We have a system in place which ensures that each lottery participant has a fer chance of winning it. In terms of Bagzli’s Games, they are a custom series of events which players compete for various things. Some examples of these games include racing through jumping puzzles, jumping of high cliffs attempting to land on a heroes banner, closest head wins! Sliding off Rata Sum attempting to hit the banner placed half way through! We are very creative with these and they are a lot of fun!

PvP - In-house Tournaments & Other, The PvP Team or Guild Leader will be hosting in-house tournaments of various types for guild members to participate in. These tournaments will be hosted on periodic basis and will give members a chance to learn how other people play by observing matches.

World vs World - Once, Twice, or Thrice a week we will venture out into World vs World maps as a Guild and do our duty to Fort Aspenwood! We are currently seeking more World vs World commanders to help us ease the burden of current commanders that run our guild World vs World events. If you are a player with a tag and are either experienced in leading world vs world zergs, or would like to learn how, then let us know and we will make it happen!

What a great Guild to join, something going on almost every night for Guild Events, WvW events and more!

currently am Warlord for vVv Guild Wars 2, Monday nights, casual WvW and Tuesday is more concentrated and focused. I am on nightly around 10 pm eastern, come by and run with us one night! vVv Gaming is always busy, daily guild events, always someone on mumble to help you if you need it!
