2 week banker golem
The one they sell is on the gem store is one item sent to you, once, and is account bound.

Banker Golem (2 weeks)
Double-click to access your account bank from anywhere. Reusable. Account Bound
For key farming it’s not much good as you will need to access your bank to get it.
The digital deluxe upgrade is 2000 gems, which is 4 of those golem bankers. If you were planning to buy a 500 gem banker every 2 weeks, after 8 weeks the digital deluxe upgrade is cheaper.
You could always buy 500 gems every 2 weeks until you got the 2000 gems and get the upgrade.

just go to your WvW borderland when you load into queensdale, crafting table > bank> leave mists.
;)
The WvW suggestion is also what I use. Also, I have an unbound weapon, 2 or 3 actually, of the type I use on a key run. I mail these individually to a guildie who returns them to me, also individually. This allows me to grab them from the mail to use during the first instance, so any kills I get open skills for the weapon I will be using in the rest of the run. I have an upgraded account bound weapon in my chest that I switch to when I go to WvW to get my armour.

if you character select after getting stuff from your bank, you will appear where you were before you went to wvw.

There is also a leave WvW button (looks like one for leaving an instance) on the bottom right corner of the WvW panel that appears when you hit your key to access WvW (default key is b) or the WvW icon on the UI, so going to character select and through those loading screens is unnecessary.

yeah the leave WvW, through the button, was what I was talking about. No need for extra loading screens.

if you go to WvW for the armour, why don’t you pick the weapons from the bank at the same time?
Instead of dealing with mailing them? o0

It’s not possible to go to WvW while in the instance so I’m assuming here he is using these to unlock skills while in the instance. Once out he goes to WvW to get his upgraded gear.
ah, seems like a waste of time unlocking skills, though

He needs access to his bank to fetch the prepared armor and weapons that are required to run the key farm quickly. You can overspec the power of level 1 characters to one-shot ordinary mobs and sail through most of the farm. With the Digital Deluxe edition, you get a mail message with the bank token after you create a character. You click on it immediately after you load the first time, replace the noob gear and weapons with your prepared stuff and then move through the farm.
If you don’t have the bank token, you have to leave the starting instance and go to WvW to grab the stuff you need out of your bank. This burns time.
For the extra couple minutes it takes me, as soon as I get through the starting human instance, I run to Divinity’s Reach, up to the bank, grab my stuff, then also run to the next WP where I have to meet Logan anyway, to unlock it. Then WP back to QD and start the PS. I would not spend gems on this. But then, I’m not doing hundreds of key runs a week.
I can’t do more than a run or two at a time without going stir crazy. It becomes exceedingly dull and repetitive very quickly. I am impressed by the sheer tenacity of folks doing hundreds of runs. It’s just not something I could do over and over.
So I wanna start key farming but I don’t have the deluxe edition of gw2, my question is, the two week golem banker on the tp is that for every toon or just the one u buy it on.
I’m hoping it’s like deluxe edition one where it mails it to every new toon you make
Unless you are trying to beat someone’s record, you’ll only save a minute or two. Start doing some key farming and after a week or three, decide if it’s something you want to continue so much you’re willing to plunk down some gems to speed things up.

You need to unlock weapon skills if you want any type of speed boost….no Utility Skills or Traits at that low level. Speed boost is a MUST for quicker runs.

yeah
I use guard- staff….for everything..and unlock skill 3 on the first scene in the home instance.

I meant unlocking multiple weapons, seems unnecessary
