So, I have a problem. Maybe I’m the only one who thinks it’s wrong, I don’t know. I would like to hear what other people think about this.

I recently bought not one, but two outfits from the Gem store, for real money. One outfit was a complete set, not the items (King something burning set (Mad Kings Outfit) and the other was a medium armor set with all the pieces.
The complete outfit can be used on different characters without problems, as it should be. However, the item set can be used on the character I bought it with. When logging in to another character the items are there but requires transmutation charges in order to be applied. My problem is, I just bought a set from gems which I spent real money on, that are ACCOUNT BOUND! Why on earth am I forced to buy transmutation charges in order to apply the items I ave bought, again for real money?

I understand that you can get charges without buying them in the Gem store. But still, and again. I bought it with gems and would like my Account bound real money items to accessible for all my characters.

So just to make things clear. This is to complain. I want to know if I’m the only one thinking this is unfair and greedy? And also to know how and where I can acquire transmutation charges easy?

You are buying the skin NOT the ability to get infinite reapply. This new system is a significant improvement over the previous system in which you had to buy an armor set for each character.

All I can say is, life isn’t fair. Or you should go do PvP and get free charges or do map completion. And next time do research. Or make support ticket and see if you can get a refund for your mistake.

You clearly didn’t read the post. That being said, in response to the OP: You’ve bought the ability to apply it on any of your characters. This is a huge functional improvement over what it used to be, which was a one time application on one set of armor.

This is a huge improvement over how gem store armor used to be, which was you got one copy of the skins and that was it (and you still needed transmutation crystals if you wanted to move the skin to another item).

Thank you for the first reply that actually gave me an answer to my problem. I’ll bear that in mind.
