Probably a miscommunication between staff who manage different areas of the game. The event should be ending, but the LS schedule got pushed back.

It hasn’t even been the usual four weeks yet. Furthermore, content patches are on Tuesdays anymore, if I’m not mistaken, and I seriously doubt they ever intended to push one out on New Year’s Eve.

The Wintersday Minis 3-Pack is one thing, which I hinted at in my first post.
That is what makes it even more odd, though: Some of the Wintersday stuff, like the finishers and Fancy Winter Outfit, still is in the store, and some isn’t.

Yeah was planning to buy the Wintersday Mini 3 pack but was expecting it to dissappear when the event is over. Oh well their loss as im sure I’m not the only one who waits til the end to buy things specially since there was no notice that they where removing them so abruptly.

Not quite NO notice. If you looked at the Gem Store in-game, all the items that were removed did have the usual “Only X days remaining” notice on them prior to them being removed (they were removed at midnight on New Years Day). I just happened to be browsing the Gem Store on new years eve and saw they were all marked for only 8 hours remaining at the time.
There was no warning on the forums or the official website that I’ve seen, though.

Ok but most of us are used to limited time gem store items disappearing when the event ends. Like I haven’t missed buying any limited mini packs til this one. I’m sure I’m not the only one who missed buying it, probably hundreds of missed sales that they could have sold.
