Hello. Is anyone having trouble purchasing Gems in the Black Lion Trading Post? I enter all my debit card information and selecting the appropriate card type (visa) and when I get to the last page I am unable to select Confirm. Is anyone else having this problem as well?

Yes, I am as well.

Sometimes I have to check the remember card box, and then I uncheck it. Seems to make the confirm light up.

Can you tell me if you’re seeing the number of gems you’re buying and the total price on the left side when this happens?

No Nicole the gems being purchased do not show up in the left hand column on the final confirm page. Also “confirm” does not light up.

“Confirm” also does not work when trying to send a bug report.

I am also having and had trouble with the purchases gems in the past. I was told once that there is a limit, which is crazy cause when I have the money to do I like to buy gems but find that for some reason the purchase did not go through and am experiencing this now.
