I bought the new mini pets,and my account shows that I have, over a week ago and I still havent gotten them. I have filled out two bug reports and still nothing. Any help would be great on this..

Yep. This is the leading cause of un-delivered items.
Be sure and clean out old game messages (like personal story) also. Those can block incoming mail if you have too many.
