today i bought 21 Unidentified Dyes for 3 gold, however, i only received 9. Not a happy customer.

Anet I WANT MY MONEY BACK or the remaining 12 dyes.

Have you emptied your mailbox? the mail can only hold 10 items so the rest may be waiting for you to clean it.

He wouldn’t need mail if it was off the TP.

Did you get a partial order success and the rest of the gold was returned to your inventory?

did you place a buy order?

If so, then maybe the rest of the order hasn’t filled yet.

Its possible to place a buy now order for multiple items and have the order only partially complete (because some of the items sold while you were placing the order, and the number still available at the price you agreed to is less than the number you ordered). If that happens you are only billed for the number available that fit your offer, and a partial number show up to be picked up.

just for clarification, i was buying off the TP and i did not notice it say partial order, either way i have paid 3 gold for 9 unidentified dyes, NOT bloody happy

i have checked placed order status and there is nothing pending

ANET i dont and never have demanded anything, however, it may seem trivia to you but 3 gold is a lot of money for me, I am constantly buying gems to convert into gold and i get a little kitten when i have gold dissappear through TP. please sort this out

Check your “bought” tab and see what it actually says you paid/received.

ok i had 6 gold and some silver, i bought 21 unidentified dyes for 3 gold and some silver. I received 9 unidentified dyes and my money remained at 3 gold and some silver.

Now i am now mathematician, but it seems like i have just bought 9 unidentified dyes for 3 gold and some silver. There is nothing pending. I checked the bought tab and it confirms that i have only recieved 9 dyes. Yet i bought 21.

The “buy” tab also says how much you bought per piece. Maybe you priced it wrong? o.O

Did you take your 9 dyes from the TP into your inventory or is it still waiting for you to be collected?
Maybe if you did not collect it yet, you might have bought 9 from one person and these were delivered in one batch and you also bought the other 12 dyes from other persons and it could be that you don’t have enough space in the TP tab to show the remaining 12 until you collect the 9 dyes first.

Like the others have said, check your record for items your buying and items you’ve bought.

If it still seems like you’re not getting any then report a bug and send a ticket in. Just relax though, it’s 12 dyes…

Also, ::hint hint:: ::wink wink:: dyes are going to drop a ridiculous amount soon.

I think by mail box, he meant the pick up tab, since that pretty much works the same way. Anyway, you may have tried to buy more than was available at that price. Try checking the Items I’m Buying tab to see if you have an order up for the remaining dyes.

Thanks for the reply Aiden, i have completed all the checks above and still no further forward. I have launched a ticket to try and get to the bottom of this. Thanks again
