That’s for bug reports, mate. I don’t really think this is a bug, just a momentary lapse of reason.
Support is for situations exactly like yours, not just bug reports. When you go to create your request, I believe this falls under in-game issues, though I could be wrong.
Crafting is designed for gear accessibility, not profit.

Fill out a support ticket under purchases and state your issue about accidentally deleting the item through the character. As long as you were the one who purchased said item and they will check your account, they can supply you a new one. I’ve personally had similar issues and they have always come through. They quickly respond and are extremely lenient.

There doesn’t appear to be an option for this, mate. Unless I’m not looking in the right area.
From in game go to:

At the bottom select “GW Support Website”
In the upper right hand corner of that website will be “submit a request”
From there just follow the steps they give you. The first step will be to select the category of issue you have, in this case “purchase issue” probably is the one.
However, they almost never replace an item lost due to player deleting them. but I had a bunch of extra gems so I just gifted you a broom – let me know if you don’t get it.
Cause everyone should have a broom – how else will we keep Tyria clean?
Top right corner you see the tab for forums, support, wiki – once you navigated to support check the top left corner – from there you should be able to create your own ticket.
