I would just like to say, that if/when these go live, I will buy them INSTANTLY. I want that heavy armor so bad, it fits my guardian so well!

I really hope so, i REALLY want the phoenix armor skin. I saw an npc either wear that or something similar during dragon bash.

OMG. Shopping spree!

The heavy armor coat rocks on female models (I’ll take 2, thanks!). The boots seem promising on several of my characters.

The medium armor… for the love of kittens everywhere, enough with the long coats. We desperately need more coats that don’t extend below the waist. The boots are interesting but the coat is same cat, different day: utterly boring.

The light armor… well the female vs. male is night and day. As long as night is highly stylish (modeled by an NPC in the recent story arc) and day is some kind of bathrobe.

I love the light set and I’d totally buy it! The heavy one isn’t bad either. Not that impressed with medium though… I think we have enough coats already as well.

I would buy that light armour. I have not changed gold into gems for 9 months, but I would for that armour.

The phoenix armor is Kasmeer’s armor that everyone’s been asking for since she first appeared.

All three are very nice armor sets.

Do you have screenshots of the male versions? I hope those are just as good.

I hope it’s not on the gem store. We need new armor pieces that we don’t need to spend 30g on to unlock. We haven’t had a new in-game obtainable armor set since launch.

I agree; some new, not gem store exclusive armour would be a nice change.

The Asura ones really are quite underwhelming… Without the feathers there is not much phoenix left.
They are actually a smaller version of the Human/Norn male armours:

Please remember that your game supports up to – 4 – colors per armor area.

Most of the time when there is are only 3 being used, its pretty clear that that one of the regions could have been (should have been) divided up.

Banded armor is particularly guilty of this, but these new ones could definitely stand one more pass to use your existing tech to the fullest .

100% success rate on dresses this round.

I REALLY hope they put these in. I’ll be doing whatever I can do get the light set.

I like all three, personally really like the Heavy armor and want it for my Norn Warrior. hehe.

the female phoenix armor skin is amazing!! BUT its only for light Armour class my main is heavy armour ,such a shame i would have bough that in a hear beat because i personally don’t like the look of the new heavy armour skin, i think its only really fitting for norns

On the contrary, I love them! To go along with the new awesome light armor, we should ask for pony and unicorn mounts too!

PULEAAAAASE make a phoenix medium/heavy skin available! Not fair that armor sets are only available for different professions! If you’re going to make one style make it available for all professions. Please!

I am sure this was the original intent. However, since nearly every heavy and light armor set has a butt-cape, they wind up with almost the same basic profile as the medium trenchcoats. So it is still very difficult to decide at a glance what you are facing. So keeping the armor subclass looks separate is rather pointless.

its not about looks its about definition and discretion, i have the ability to learn the looks and determine myself, as soon as they are able to wear the same armour its imposible.
