Yeah, I lost 100g in the forge trying for the legend with cap level exotics. You get a dusk accidentally. Pretty much why the whole process is terrible design summed up nicely. Thanks!

How something that’s “pinnacle of end game” relies on RNG is still beyond me.

At this point it’s more worth it to throw a bunch of random rares to the forge rather than specific type.

You can sell most of the existing precursors to buy another one instead.

Only underwater and minstrel aren’t really worth it yet.

I normally find your posts whiny and obnoxious but this is truth.

The Mystic Forge is like a box of chocolates, someone will leave it on the counter in the sunlight, melting all your hopes and dreams of what could have been.

What is smarter to do, exotics or going with all rares and hoping for an exotic precursor?

You’d think the exotic route, but idk. That’s where I lost all my cash on. The chance for either one is so minute, I wonder if it even matters.
