Guild Wars 2

Hey, two quick questions I was hoping I could find an answer for.

The Fractals are great fun, and at least at level 1, not too hard. I’m sure they will get harder, I know. :-) Last night we did the Fractals with 4 of us, three level 80’s and a level 39. We made it through our 3 fractal rotation and saw our level go up to 2.

1) Does this mean, for example, if I play a bunch and level up my fractal level, and then my girlfriend gets home from being out of town and wants to try….that if I group with her she will be forced into a higher fractal rank on her first journey through? She’s played far fewer MMO’s and is still learning…and that would not be much fun for her.

2) The level 39 in our group seemed to get virtually no EXP. When we run normal dungeons the lower levels seem to always make at least one level…so we have fun and it feels like they are moving towards catching up to us. While the fractal was fun, lower levels can’t help but feel they didn’t really gain much on reaching their friends level and being able to do more dungeons, etc. Is there any way that at least lower levels can get Exp hits of measurable amount when the bosses or mini bosses or whatever you want to call them go down?
