reading forums and seeing it duh
Instead of trying to do these dungeons, just stop playing. It won’t take long for Anet to learn how much they f.uck.ed up these dungeons. I spend more time LFG’ing in this game than I ever have in any other game, ever.
Some stuff I noticed for Anet to think about:
-People outdside of CoF before patch- Dozens
-Time it took to find a CoF group before patch- Minutes
-Time it took to clear CoF before patch- 20-30 minutes
-People outide of CoF after patch- One dead AFK guy that got killed when it became contested.
-Time it takes to find a group after patch- Unless that AFK guy comes back and has 4 friends, never
-Time it took to clear CoF after patch- Null
Since your we are not being punished for running dungeons efficiently once we get to know the mechanics and get less tokens for doing so, I know I will NOT be running any more dungeons.
And I hope the rest of the community also boycotts dungeons also. These changes to the reward system are a joke.
Depends on what hours of the day you do LFG at dungeons. Although I agree that it is substantially not as easy as before to do PUG groups.
As soon as I found some good people for the dungeon I do most, I added them to friend list. This reduced the time searching for a group by 62.8%
It’s my opinion that story mode dungeons should be pugable. That is they might be difficult but they should be doable with any group. The explorable dungeons should be difficult and require a regular group of friends or guildies to progress through.
I think as people learn more about the mechanics needed for the encounters in both story mode and explorable, and also when some of the bugs are worked out, we’ll see fewer complaint threads about the difficulty of dungeons.
@Sartic You seriously believe old CoF was alright?
And you talk about Anet f.uck.ing up dungeons?
They already said that explorable modes aren’t supposed to be pugables.
They should be 1-up’d in difficulty, bosses with more tactics etc. I would kitten hard if every boss was like Lupicus, but I understand that might be too hard on other people. Perhaps the first expansion can give us some even harder bosses to play around with, because at that time most of the player base will have stopped whining and actually discovered the easy tactics necessary to clear dungeons fast.
