3 runs, I just need 3 runs
If you’re doing Arah just for the farm (Which I don’t recomend, it’s fun as kitten and the armour doesn’t look that good) then just look for groups doing P3. It’s short and easy anyway and as far as I know most people just exploit halfway to lupi so the token should be easy to get.
I’m not sure why you’re suprised at pugs failing at the hardest dungeon. If you pug arah and complain you need to realize you’re doing this to yourself.
really bad engineer

You’re going to have to be more specific.
You can’t exploit to lupi anymore.
Oh you mean the “fix” of the labyrinth? I totally forgot you could even do that.
20g for 5-10 minutes of work?
Which begs the following: Why would anyone waste 5g on the easiest path of Arah?

I don’t know. I think people jump on cliffs or something. I did this thing in P2 where someone used a teleport gun to get out of the map to skip a run past deadeyes, probably like that up till lupi.

Unfortunately, you still can. You can even skip to last boss in p3 (and sell spots for 5g/each).
why doesnt it suprice me that its the famous “dungeons are no challenge” dude thats comming with that statement :P
and yes you are correct, there is alot of exploits and personally i think anet should state “anyone exploiting will get banned” and then follow through
(and anyone making an earning selling exploit services should just be streight up banned at the spot without warning since there is no excuse for doing this and no way around saying “i didnt know it wasnt suppose to be like that”.)
for the OP.
arah is very tricky and need at least 2 that knows how to do it (if you plan to do it without skipping, exploiting) and a good deal of patience if the rest is new to it.
especially lupi is something you just have to do again and again and eventually you get the pattern and will rarely get hit (it happens though that you get hit even though nothing was close to hitting you and it happends its a double hit for crazy dmg(over 18k), 1shot for me in every case-.-))
i find arah very annoying and now that i got my full set i will properly not set my foot in there again for a VERY long time, if i will ever set it there again before it have been changed so its much more fun instead of the almost pure silver mob as trash.

Obligatory “just because he knows about this feature doesn’t mean he uses it” post. Just saying.
Arah is very easy with an experienced group. If you really only want those 3 runs I’ll help you out. PM me and I’ll do a p3 speed run (no exploits since they were fixed… I mean, cause they’re bad :P) with you if I have the time (NA server). The dungeon is fun, but only cause Lupi is a fun boss, the rest are pretty tedious or annoying.

How would banning help anything?
Proper design of dungeons is the only thing Arena Net can do to save their dungeons from being exploited. Seriously, there are so many ways to exploit Arah that you can essentially get to every boss on every path without even picking a path in the first place. Exactly everything can be skipped.
Devonas Rest 4 lyfe

Thanks, I’ll pm you for the run
I agree ^. Lupi is what makes Arah so fun, and why I still do it. Though to the OP, it’s not luck at stage 2. The obvious part you know is to not stand in the red circles. You also know they bounce, so you don’t stand in front of the red circles either man. Stay to their sides (from the direction they’re coming in) if you have to be near them. Gl in your future runs!

behind is actually the best since for w/e reason, the goo can hit on either side of the circle but rarely seems to fly past its intended target. The balls are however low enough to be intercepted in front as you stated b4

Well i need to do arah path 3 and 4 also. I have been waiting for my guild to want to do it with me but it seems that they have all gotten bored and are playing other games now. I am reluctant to find a pug group to do it in case they are elitists or something. I just want to do the paths normally with no exploit and no people moaning at me that i made a mistake. I am in eu servers.

Oops, you got me here, red-handed ;<

Whisper me if you’re brave enough! (that means no ranged weapons in your inventory). But not for path 4, grenth’s priest is too deadly for my psyche.
ANet doesn’t understand that there’s a discrepancy between the words “challenge” and “damage-sponge boss.” The reason Arah (and many other dungeon encounters) are horrible and people seek to find exploits for them is because they’re so horrifically fat with hp. It’s not fun. It’s not a challenge. It’s tediously boring. That’s it. It’s poorly designed and it drives me up the wall that ANet would spit in the face of GW1 by including such encounters (and with such frequency).
I made a post exactly for this.
I made a post exactly for this.
I’ll add you as well
And thanks everyone for the advice.
Lupi is pretty easy, though its a good test of basic skills. My guild uses it as an entrance test.
“it doesn’t make you spend hours preparing to have fun, rather than having fun”
Guild missions say otherwise.
