30 shards for completing arah path 3 after reset
That is not a bug, it the DR kicking in. If you ran path 3 quickly (say within 40/50 min) and run it again within the next 3/4 hours you ll get DR on your reward. But they also prevents you from having another 40 bonus tokens for that day.
I had the same in CoF we ran path 1 shortly before the daily achievement reset and then again after and most of us got 30 tokens instead of 60 tokens for the 2nd run.
We ran it again 12 hours later and we only got 20 tokens since the we already had our bonustokens.
Agree with Jakar, it’s DR kicking. I’m 100% sure you just made a path3 speedrun skipping 90% of the dungeon, doing the run as fast as possible. Your fault. And i still hope this kind of speedfarm will end with a patch.
Nothing wrong with speedfarm since doing the dungeon killing all trash rewards nothing? Actually apply a decent reward system for clearing trash and all bosses and i guarantee you there will be less speedfarm.

It took us around 1hr and 30mins to do the path 3 after reset. We also completed path 3 15mins before the reset

Was no where close to a speed clear a speed clear would be within the range of 30-45mins

There is absolutely no incentive atm for clearing trash, and I see no justification from anyone besides the whole “it feels wrong” argument. Judging from this thread and another of yours pleading for “fixes”, I can only assume you seek some masochistic pleasure for “fairness” for people that are doing things faster than you.
I’m honestly surprised that you are asking people to stop “speed farm”. What do you want people to do after completion of all PvE content? Run dungeons slowly or play another game? There are no challenges set forth after Dungeon Master, only rewarding thing to do is to do what we do currently, except faster. Anet made it apparent that there is no intention to stop trash mobs skipping, there are no gates, no zone wide aggro, not even mob leashing. It is a very nice alternatives for groups that have completed everything multiple times so they can have an option to not repeat the same tedious/boring task over and over.
No, i don’t ask “slow” dungeons. I ask anet to put an end on arah path3 speedrun, fixing giganticus wp fight and mob skip, adding (as promised) some better loot and random tokens, but leaving the end of the dungeon just to who is truly able to survive, and a complete armor just after months, for beggars. This dungeon is meant to be long and hard, a final challenge to keep the community busy attempting to complete it, and wear arah armor and weapons must be allowed just to who is worthy. A clear representation of a topend player. You have no idea how many players i meet with half armor (luckly, at least, and i hope a patch will arrive in time before they complete it), playing on arah and any other dungeon like a pure, pathetic noob.

I think it bugs out sometimes too. I once got 30 shards in AC on my first run in days.
