When you reach the last platform you have to jump from to enter the Maw battlefield.
Took me 3 runs of the dungeon to get the bug.
Just check the buff you have (yellow icon).

This, have everyone on your party run to the last platform where the enemies are, kill them if needed until everyone catches up, then run as a team down the last part, we did this the other day, and its best if you target and burn down each enemy as fast as possible, we did it with about 30 seconds to spare.
