Guild Wars 2

Hey everyone, im now reaching my first level 80 being a guardian and im starting to look for better gear. Ive never done dungeons and I dont even know where to begin. I want a build exactly like the comander build on youtube but dont know which dungeons to do to get the exact armor. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be a great help. Thanks

What commander build? Anyways I run my guardian with a full Berserker gear. But since you’re new to dungeons, you’d probably want a bit more survivability. Maybe a mix of knight’s, PVT, and berserker.

In terms of dungeons, run CoF Path 1 which is by far the easiest dungeon, easier than AC.

If you haven’t already, try to build “the next best thing” out of Rares and Masterwork jewelry first just to make sure it’s actually the Playstyle you’re going to be comfortable with. I did my first Arah in mostly Rares :p (I didn’t tell anyone anyone at the time b/c I didn’t wanna be kicked from the team, lol). The only thing that has to be Exotic going into it IMO is your mainhand weapon. You don’t even need good armor for HotW’s which go pretty fast and generally give better Guardian gear than almost any other dungeon.

Hell I’m still walkin around with masterwork jewerly on him b/c I’m too cheap to buy exotics and am also boycotting FOTM’s.
