I think it has to do with people that didn’t do story mode of the dungeon. It just came to me. I joined a Honor of the waves explo mode, and someone give up on the midway. One of the members went out to recruit someone, and when he tried to get back, they were in a new instance. I then, remembered that i haven’t completed story mode. Me and another guy was the only one inside the dungeon. Maybe i was bumped to be the leader of the instance.
After we all were out, i re did the party for a new run, but no one couldn’t enter. We were getting a firewall error or something. After i left the party, everything started to work.
