I wish that room was changed when the new AC update came out.

Right now, the game play is Kill every burrow you see.

Instead, it should’ve been like the gameplay at release when no one knew what to do.

Split the party to some defenders and some attackers.

How I would do this:

  • Every incoming burrow will be invulnerable for some time.
  • Then when new burrow comes up, the party cannot afford to leave the ghost collectors alone.
5x Warrior, 5x Ranger, 4x Elementalist, 4x Engineer,
4x Necromancer, 3x Mesmer, 4x Guardian, 4x Thief, 4 Revenant

I agree that this part is extremely boring. I’m pretty much afk or running around barely touching anything (and getting yelled at).
Unfortunately, like so many things in GW2, some players have a hard time with this part. And the day Anet makes it a little bit harder, those players are going to come here and complain that the made the game unplayable and that they have no reason to play this game anymore.

Maybe have some gravelings spawn that ignore players and go straight for the collectors?
Also have the burrows spawn at random spots.

They need to fix the rest of the broken crap in the other paths before nerfing something that mostly works already.
