Hello everyone! I saw so many people selling Path 1 from Ascalonian Catacombs, and then I searched the youtube for more information about how they manage to run the dungeon solo. It is interesting, the way they use a glitch in order to skip parts of the dungeon, but I wonder if it is “legal” to do that. Should they get banned or not? Some of them said they actually help us to finish the dungeon very fast and as a reward we give them a few money… I don’t know what’s up with all this, so if you guys know something please tell me, I would be grateful to hear some details. Thank you in advance!

One of my guildmates/friends can solo AC without glitches on his ele. He does skip Kholer (but Kholer never bothered him anyway >.> Just let it go)

Doing it correctly like that, I don’t see a problem. But if they’re glitching out and getting to the end without doing the burrow rooms, finding scepter pieces, etc. Yeah that’s not good.

They’re merely people who can’t find any other way to make profits in this game without exploiting.
It’s the general consensus that no other class than elementalist can solo path 1 of Ascalonian Catacombs in it’s present design, particularly the ‘Protect Hodgins Burrow Room’.
Selling dungeon paths is not a breach of any terms of service or conduct rules, exploiting these same paths that you later sell or griefing people like kicking them after using them to help complete the path however are and you should report these people.
Any LFG post in AC’s category of p1 selling by a thief is most definitely an exploited run and you should avoid further incentivizing these people by purchasing their services.
