I’ve tried finding this on Wiki, but either am daft, or it isn’t there. If I put AR on a weapon, does that AR stay even when the weapon isn’t being used (but still on secondary set)? In other words, if I swap weapons during combat, could that lower my AR if I’m swapping from a weapon with AR to one without?

It does not. Swapping away from a weapon set with AR will remove the AR from your stats. It’s the same idea if you have a weapon that gives more vitality; your max health will increase while holding that weapon.
