About Arah Paths!
Really depends on group + path, 1-3 can be done in approximately 20-30min with a decent group, path 4 usually takes a few mins more. Bad groups (or people who don’t know what to do) can easily spend hours in there.
A good thing to do is to read up on the encounters before you go in.
For organised groups, p1/2/3 are like 15-20 minutes each on casual runs
p4 is …. i dunno, rarely do it
for pugs, expect anything from 20 minutes to 2 hours per path unless you can do massive carrying

Most pug teams will be able to handle all bosses in a path, but Lupicus tends to destroy people on phase 2 that don’t know what they’re doing.
In a pug team I’d expect on average an hour per path unless either you or somebody else is capable of soloing things.
