Why is it that the only exotic cavalier (toughness/power/crit damage) armors/weapons/amulets/accessories in the game are account bound and rare RNG drops from fractals?

I’m starting to get tired of seeing cavalier heavy armors and greatswords going to thieves and eles who have no use for them. I’m also sure they’re tired of getting these items that they can’t use or sell either. Please remove account-bound on these items, or at least provide a non-RNG way to obtain them

yeah I got one of these earlier today took me only a short while to realise it was a karma item that you buy in the god temples around Orr, however it was not equip with the rune it would normally come with when bought from the karma merchant.
