Adding HoT stats to Celestial
It needs both.
Celestial is only marginally used in some WvW builds.

Yes, it makes me sad that they weren’t added. I think it must have been because Celestial is available to core players, and expertise and concentration are explicitly restricted to HoT.

Then it wouldnt be worth it.
However, I keep coming up (for myself) with the best compromise: Celestial stats that do now exist, do not change, the new stats are added but lower then the other stats. Say +700 to all stats (full ascended stats with divinity runes). Then it would be between 300-500 of the new stat (not 700). That would be perfect balance. It would give that condi (wich now sucks, any Condi without duration is massively UP since expertise was introduced), just enough to next to it’s power and defensive capabilities to feel like an allround set again. For instance 350 to both new stats feel like a good and fair compromise. (with fully invested set + runes). Viper will still smash it, same for berserker in damage. And tanky sets also will have edge in tanking. Wich brings Celestial back to it’s purpose, master of noone, but quality in all aspects.
No excuse anymore for not giving ‘hide mounts’-option

Anet, would you consider adding one of the HoT stats (Concentration/Expertise) to the Celestial gears? Nobody uses Celestial these days, right?
Celestial is a core stat, so they can’t add expertise or concentration as those are HoT stats. Yes, it is used in WvW and is meta for many builds.
