Hey folks,

just a quick question about the grounded achievement (see title). I know you can prevent being electrocuted by using some form of invulnerability skill (mist form, etc.). But I wonder wether it is possible to directly port on the platforms by using skills like Blink or thief shortbow 5?
Anyone already tested it and can confirm wether it works or not?

You can’t teleport on them with any skill. It will just land you next to the platform and electrocute you.

I once tried it with Flesh Wurm on my Necro and it didn’t work, it teleported me just off center and I got hit by electricity. I can’t speak for the teleports on other classes. I used a Guardian when I got that achievement for Renewed Focus.

You can portal other people onto it though but terrain skip stuff like shadowstep won’t work.

Yeah, I’d recommend Guardian or Elementalist for that achievement, with their Invulnerability skills. Ele is probably the safest thanks to Obsidian Flesh (on Focus) coupled with Mist Form.

The noobinesh level of the answers dissapoint me a little. Teleports for that room are highly broken and you will mostly lose the achievement until you can finally make it right.

The easiers way are:

• 1: by just learning the patterns, which is easy since there is only 4 patterns and it’s the entire room moving, not random tiles.
• 2: Even easier. You wait at entrance, someone else picks 1st platform, that disables electricity for 2 seconds, so you can just walk your way to the first platform in the 2 seconds without electricity.
