Guild Wars 2

Okay, so I’ve never run Arah (story or explorable), but I really want to. I’ve heard that one should have high AR for explorable, but I’m curious as to whether that’s the case with story mode as well. Neither the forums nor Google have been any help. If so, should I spend the gold to max out the AR or can I be a penny-pincher and go with just 50 or so? I presently have 25k HP but haven’t equipped any Ascended gear yet to up my Vitality, if my HP makes any difference.

This is probably a really dumb question. Apologies, and thanks in advance!

Agony is a fractal mechanic. There’s no such thing in dungeons. It looks like you’re really inexperienced with that ( no offense), see gw2dungeons.net for informations. I can help you doing arah for your first time, if you’re eu.

Wait what, AR has nothing to do with HP/Vitality.

25k hp is too much no matter what class you are! :O

I was surprised that a phalanx warrior using great fortitude trait (not necessarily a trait setup I’d recommend but it’s an option) + WvW bonus at the end of the week + Birthday cake food can reach 25k even in a full zerk setup. Just kind of interesting to know.
