Guild Wars 2

Is this normal? my last 4 runs on my alt has gotten all power/precision loot and its gotten to the point where i dont look i just salvage. Not over exaggerating i mean every armor/weapon has been power/precision or power/condition damage

What level are you? If you are a lower level, only certain sets of armor are around your range and have a static set of stats. Only at higher levels will the armor have different set of stats.
