Arah Path 4 kicked at the end
Either kicked so they could invite guildies OR even worse they kicked you to sell off your spot for gold.
Thats really unfortunate. Even if developers increased the kick-vote count, it will not help you in this case. For the few times I did Arah 4, I was silently bracing myself for the possibility that I could be kicked after Dwayna.
Ya, it was right after Dwayna.
May not be the right time to point it out, but for long runs, if possible, try to be the instance starter. It takes more time, since you’re the one that has to find a party and launch the dungeon or the FotM, but it provides insurance.
From reading the chatlog it looks like they went to see if their friend was online in another game so that they could invite him.
This is the reason I don’t join another guilds party unless i zone
Yes, that what I am going to do from now on. Not going to do any pug runs unless I start the dungeon.

I have gotten 2 invites from this thread including path 4. The teams were very helpful. Chill and competent. Even when things went wrong (npc bugged), they didnt mind trying again.
But then again 2 runs are hardly any guarantee that you might not get a negative experience. Doesn’t hurt to try.

Hopefully they get a permanent ban.
Has Arenanet ever commented on one of these threads?
These questions may sound insensitive, but its more for clarification. It obviously upset you a lot since it was your first post on the forum, so please don’t think I do not believe your story. I just like having additional facts before I make a judgement.
Was it definately one of their members that did the initial request to kick?
Did you try messaging any of party afterwards, including the non guild member to see if they were also kicked?
Why were you taking screenshots halfway through? It just seems a bit odd to me. I can understand taking some nice shots, but the one you took didnt appear to be that kind of picture.
It just seems odd that they would chat openly in party chat without seeming to hide anything just to then kick you at the end to bring in a friend. They could have talked in guild chat, skype, etc if they were planning that.

Maybe because he got the feeling a kick was coming by reading the chat?
I occasionally take a screenshot at random times during a dungeon when I feel there’s a chance for a kick to happen (usually in guild groups, when a player has a friend in the group, when I tell someone to learn to play, when someone freaks out, when there’s chat hints towards a potential player kick, etc.). Even though it’s never happened to me before, I’ve seen enough of these topics to know to take precautions.
You probably did something you’re not saying. I’m not taking eithers side but there is always 2 sides of a story. Perhaps you did something and aggrivated them to the point they were looking for a replacement.
Report this situation to ANet support via the “Ask a Question” option on the support page. Include your screenshot and the time you were playing this, and it can be looked into by the appropriate teams.

I’ve done a few runs with them also. All have gone well.

report these people. Also the next time start the instance yourself, that way if they kick you they get no reward too.

They waited 2 hours to kick him at the very last boss after he helped them finish Simin and Lupicus, the much harder bosses?
Don’t join guild teams. What else did you expect. They’ll probably got gold out of some poor newbie who needed their dungeon master title now. I hope you learned your lesson
Yeah this is exactly why I always try to enter when possible especially when I’m in another guilds group.
