So we’re stuck at the end of Arah Path 1, the observatory door wont open, but I’ve heard there is a method to blink past the door. Anyone know exactly how to do it?

Go to the left side of the door and use a blink spell then you will be inside the door you gotta bring again to the left you will be further in a bit but still stuck but you can now use your blink to get to the other side Btw when I say blink I don’t only mean the mesmer spell

I thought this was supposed to be fixed :/

Way around it: after killing the spiders, find out who has the NPC leash (whom is the NPC following right now) and have that person stay in the spider chamber throughout the whole fight, with 4 other players killing the Stargazer. Workaround, yes, but works 100%.

Same, I was in there all afternoon and after a few hours got nothing. I’m about to give up on Arah until they fix all of this bullkitten.

That’s technically an Exploit and any discussion of it here would rightfully be deleted instantly by the Moderators. It’s also WAAAY more work than simply having the player that the NPC is following, wait a good distance outside the door, since you only need 2-3 people handling the crystals. And yes I was in a team a day or two ago that this worked perfectly for even though there was some rather humorous mishaps along the way that happen to just about any team that isn’t completely familiar with eachother’s playstyles

How exactly is this an exploit? Did they not beat the final boss?

Porting through a closed door is exploiting, even if it’s a workaround of a very annoying bug.

If you’ve run through the entirety of a dungeon and this bug turns an honest full run into a pointless time/coin sink, to call it an exploit is logically dimwitted draconian nonsense.

In this case it is a solution, an unorthodox one, but one nonetheless.

Like I said, it’s the more difficult (and risky) solution of the two.

Well, it’s both I only thank the Six i went to Arah prepared – having read about the bug, we had one person stay behind with the NPC throughout the final fight. Forewarned, forearmed.
